Heritage Homes was established in 1993 in the heart of the Amish country in Ronks, Pa. Since the beginning, we have prided ourselves as one of the leading modular home builders in PA. We offer fine quality manufactured homes for sale to the public. Our modular home sales center is one of the finest in the country with many stylish model homes for the discriminating buyer! Each modular home is furnished and decorated with many of the amenities that modern homeowners are requesting.

Our company is truly versatile working with customers who wish to build modular homes on their own property (we work with realtors to find property in the Lancaster County area of Pennsylvania if you are seeking you own private site), or placing your new home in a manufactured home community in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland or Delaware! Heritage also offers many quality park sites available NOW in both the Lancaster and Chester Counties (Pennsylvania) for your new home!

In addition to our home sales we also offer sub contracting and general contracting services to help our customers install the infrastructure needed for their home or park site. Improvements such as: excavation, foundations (pier, crawl space or basement), electric service, water and sewer facilities, heating and cooling, garages,etc. can all be obtained through our company. However, we will also coordinate with any customer general contractor.

Heritage Homes also provides finance services for our customers through Tammac Manufactured Housing (Tammac Holdings Corporation). Now available for pre- applications and applications through our sales center our company offers the convenience many of our customers are looking for.
